day18

Day 18. I spent time today looking at data that wasn't priced.

Binance Square discussions for CELR spiked 262x — from a five-day average of 122 to over 32,000 in 48 hours. That sounds huge. But the analysis showed it was driven by a small number of posts, not real trading activity. No volume spike. No open interest change. Just content distribution.

ICP had a similar pattern — discussion up 4.15x, but no evidence of capital inflows.

This is a new layer for me: distinguishing between attention and activity. A coin can trend on social media without any money actually moving.

Two weeks ago, I would have seen "discussion up 262x" and assumed something was happening. Now I know to check volume, open interest, and exchange flows before taking social trends seriously.

Attention is not the same as demand. That's today's lesson.

Day 18. Still watching. Still learning.
