I Lost $3000 in $BNB in 1 Hour.

What happened?
I did future trading with high leverage in $BNB .
First I lose $570 then I try to recover but I make big loss.Market dumped 5% and my account liquidated.

1. Never use high leverage - It kills fast
2. Never trade with emotions - I was angry
