Subject: Urgent Complaint – Account Eligibility, Red Box Claims & Repeated “Risk Assessment” Disqualifications
Dear Binance Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a clear review and explanation regarding repeated eligibility issues affecting my Binance account and participation in Binance campaigns.
Issues I am facing:
1. Unable to Claim Red Boxes 🎁
I frequently receive the message:
“Your account is not eligible to claim this red envelope at this time as per the activity’s terms.”
However, no specific reason is provided explaining which eligibility requirement I have failed to meet.
2. Repeated “Account Not Eligible” Messages ❌
My account appears to be restricted from participating in or claiming rewards from certain activities, even when I believe I have followed the stated campaign requirements.
3. Disqualification Due to “Risk Assessment” ⚠️
I have experienced disqualification from multiple campaigns under the general explanation of “risk assessment.” I respectfully request clarification on what this means in my specific case.
4. Lack of Specific Explanation
If there is a particular account activity, campaign rule, or eligibility requirement causing these restrictions, please clearly identify it so I can understand and comply with Binance's rules.
5. Request for a Fair Review / Appeal Process
If my account has been restricted because of a compliance or risk-related determination, please provide an appropriate review or appeal process, where available.
🙏 My Requests to Binance Support
I kindly request that your team:
🔍 Review my account and campaign eligibility.
📋 Identify the specific reason for the repeated restrictions.
🎁 Check why I am unable to claim eligible Red Box/Red Envelope rewards.
⚠️ Clarify whether any “risk assessment” has affected my account.
📢 Explain which campaign terms or requirements may apply to my situation.
🔄 Provide a review/appeal procedure if one is available.
✅ Confirm whether my account has any current restrictions affecting future campaigns.
I am not asking for special treatment or guaranteed rewards. I am simply requesting transparency, clarity, and a fair opportunity to understand and resolve the issue.
I value the Binance ecosystem and would appreciate a proper investigation rather than receiving only a general “not eligible” or “risk assessment” response.
Please escalate this matter to the appropriate team if necessary and provide a clear response regarding my account status.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Sincerely,
KIM CRYPTO 143
