🤔💡 Listen up, because this rule saved my trading career after I blew up that $600. Professional traders live by one mantra: never risk more than 1% of your total trading capital on any single trade. Period. Let's do the math. If you've got a $1000 trading account, 1% risk means your maximum allowable loss on any single position is just $10. Think about that for a second. It would take ONE HUNDRED consecutive losing trades, each hitting your $10 stop-loss, to completely wipe out your $1000 account. Now, imagine if you just winged it, risking 5% or 10% per trade like I foolishly did at first. You'd be out of the game in 20 or even 10 trades. The 1% rule isn't about profit, it's about survival. You can't win if you're not in the game.
