If you would like to make a complaint related to SEPA/Faster Payment Service (FPS), you may contact the Bifinity Customer Service team via customerservice@bifinity.com. Binance and Bifinity will work together to resolve your complaint or query.
To speed up the investigation process, we suggest you contact Bifinity using your Binance account email.
Please provide the following information in your email:
  • The 8-digit Binance Chat Case ID (from your chat with the Binance Customer Service team); and
  • A clear description and details of your complaint with the relevant screenshots.
