Harmony $ONE Jumped 109%. What Exactly Is Making a Comeback? The price has doubled. The investment case is being rewritten. At this check, $ONE was trading around $0.00137, up approximately 109% in 24 hours. Coinmarketcap showed $85.8 million in trading volume against a $20.6 million market cap; roughly 4.2 times its valuation changing hands in a day. CoinMarketCap That is extraordinary trading activity. It does not mean $85.8 million of new money entered the project: the same tokens can change hands repeatedly. The bigger question is what ONE represents now. Harmony’s developers proposed retiring the native blockchain, moving ONE to Ethereum and redirecting future token emissions toward an AI-video venture. The original announcement described the plan as nonbinding and subject to change. There has been concrete technical work since then. The public migration repository contains the methodology for reconstructing balances at the September 10 cutoff. But its README explicitly distinguishes the review package from a finished distribution file. Publishing the accounting tools does not establish that holders have received their replacement tokens. That distinction matters. The migration FAQ also says existing dApps and smart contracts will not migrate automatically. Preserving token balances and rebuilding an ecosystem are separate jobs. I couldn’t verify a fresh project announcement that explains the timing of today’s surge. The migration story predates this move. My read: the bullish case is that a successful transition gives ONE a viable next chapter. The risk is that traders price that chapter before its execution and token utility are established. Also on my radar: $NEAR ,one of today’s standout gainers. I’ll take a closer look at what’s behind its move in a separate post. Is this early confidence in Harmony’s next business; or momentum getting ahead of the evidence? #Altcoin Season# #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#
