CoinEx shutting down after nearly nine years is genuinely sad to see. The exchange says the decision follows a prolonged crypto downturn, shrinking industry trading volume and liquidity, plus rising regulatory and compliance costs. It’s also a reminder that crypto platforms operate in an industry that keeps changing. That’s why BingX’s recent move toward a multi-asset platform caught my attention. The company says it is expanding beyond crypto to include stocks, indices, FX and commodities. I find the broader idea interesting: traders don’t necessarily have to view markets as one giant crypto-only opportunity set. If one market goes quiet, there are other markets to monitor. That doesn’t remove risk, but it does change the way you can approach the market. #Macro Insights#
