Grayscale has taken another step toward turning its Litecoin Trust into a spot ETF, filing an amended S-3 registration statement with the SEC on September 11. The proposal would rename the trust the Grayscale Litecoin Trust ETF and seek a NYSE Arca listing under ticker LTCN.
