According to Jin10, Longsys announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to issue 26.07 million H shares in Hong Kong, subject to the exercise of the over-allotment option and the offer size adjustment option, with the issue price capped at HK$240.60 per share and trading expected to begin on September 8.
