Why: VET made a strong breakout from the 0.0055–0.0058 zone and is now holding above the 7, 25 and 99 MAs. Price is consolidating near the highs instead of giving back the entire move, while OI remains elevated. If the 0.00645–0.00655 area continues to hold as support, VET could attempt another push toward the higher target zones.
