Strategy raised $2.0065 billion through common-share sales and bought no Bitcoin. The company placed $1.5701 billion into USD Cash and allocated the rest to preferred-share repurchases and its USD Reserve. Strategy can use USD Cash for Bitcoin, debt obligations, security repurchases, or other treasury purposes.
