Binance is proud to have received a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) licence from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for our local exchange, Binance FZE. The full VASP license signifies our unwavering commitment to compliance, innovation, and user protection.
We will be transitioning all Dubai resident accounts from the Binance.com Global Exchange to the VARA-regulated Binance Dubai exchange.
If users have received our account verification (KYC) upgrade notices but have not completed them yet, they should complete it before the deadline (2025-04-25) to avoid service disruptions.
Dubai users who have upgraded their KYC will have their accounts automatically transitioned to Binance Dubai (FZE). No further action is required. Users’ email, password, and UID will remain unchanged.
Notes:
UAE users outside Dubai will still need to complete the KYC upgrade at a later stage. At the moment, their accounts will remain on the Binance.com Global Exchange.
Users may not receive an immediate email, as we will be sending communications in stages until all Dubai resident accounts have been successfully transitioned.
It is crucial that all Dubai resident users complete the onboarding requirements before the deadline (2025-04-25) to avoid the restriction of their account to withdrawals only.
Binance FZE is a local regulated entity with a full VASP licence from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). It offers the following Virtual Asset Activities:

Broker-Dealer Services
Lending and Borrowing Services
VA Management and Investment Services
Some products will be offered by Binance Dubai under our VARA license, while others will remain available through Binance.com to keep users’ trading smooth and uninterrupted. Binance Dubai will gradually introduce more products under the VARA license. Please refer to the Binance Dubai product offering FAQ for more information.

Click [Start Now] to check which documents we require to update your KYC information.
Additionally, Binance FZE will not support privacy tokens and non-AED fiat currencies. For more information, please refer to this announcement.
