$SOL double disinflation proposal has just been approved!
The YES votes surpassed the 66.67% threshold during the final hour of the vote.
Basically, $SOL’s disinflation rate will increase to 30%, which is expected to reduce the projected issuance by 18.9M $SOL, worth around $1.47 billion, over the next 6 years.
Less newly issued $SOL = potentially less selling pressure.
Personally, I think this could be an interesting catalyst for $SOL over the coming months.
