BTC and ETH have spent roughly a week trading sideways after their selloff. Today’s CPI is a potential breakout trigger, but the reaction needs confirmation.

Expected September CPI, according to the WSJ economist survey:

Core, excluding food and energy: +0.2% monthly, 2.5% yearly.

BTC near $83,267: 4H RSI around 50 shows neutral momentum. I’m watching $84...
$NEAR
After rejection at $6.02, the 4H chart shows lower highs and RSI near 43. The bounce around $5 needs stronger confirmation.
My recovery checklist: reclaim $5.25, then close above $5.36 and hold the retest. This would strengthen the case for $5.73, followed by $6.
Lose $4.88, and $4.60 becomes the next support to watch.
Today’s CPI adds uncertainty. My focus is the price reaction after release. $6 stays on my watchlist, but buyers need to prove strength first.
