🚨 BITCOIN’S QUANTUM RISK: 6.26 MILLION $BTC COULD FACE FUTURE EXPOSURE! ⚠️

Bitcoin’s biggest long-term security challenge may be hiding in its own blockchain. 👀

According to Glassnode data reported on October 8:

🔸 4.33M $BTC are held in reused Bitcoin addresses — approximately 21.5% of circulating supply.

🔸 6.26M $BTC are estimated to be in addresses with exposed public keys, representing around 31.2% of Bitcoin’s total supply.

🧠 Why does this matter?

Reusing Bitcoin addresses can expose public keys on-chain. If quantum computers eventually become powerful enough to break Bitcoin’s current cryptography, some of these coins could face potential theft risks.

⚠️ Important: This is a future security concern, NOT an active exploit. No quantum computer has demonstrated the ability to crack Bitcoin’s cryptography at this scale.

The real question isn’t whether Bitcoin can be hacked today.

It’s whether Bitcoin can upgrade its security before quantum computing becomes a serious threat.

🔐 Bitcoin’s next major challenge may be protecting its cryptography for the quantum era.
