Passenger traffic on Ukrzaliznytsia has dropped by 10%, while the company's unprofitability continues to grow, according to board member Serhiy Leshchenko.
Trains are currently filled at less than 60% instead of the expected 70%. Some passengers are choosing buses and cars instead, as not everyone is ready to undergo evacuations during air raid alerts.
