BlockBeats news, September 21, according to Bloomberg, health and fitness smart ring manufacturer Oura Inc. and some of its investors are seeking to raise up to $2.2 billion through an initial public offering (IPO).According to Oura's filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, the smart ring maker plans to offer 50 million shares at a price range of $40 to $44 per share. Oura will issue 13.5 million shares, while its shareholders will sell 36.5 million shares.
