According to CoinDesk, the Federal Reserve's interest-rate decision headlines the calendar on Wednesday, followed by Chair Kevin Warsh's press conference and the updated Summary of Economic Projections, known as the "Dot Plot," with the Bank of England and Bank of Japan delivering their own rate decisions on Thursday and Friday. U.S. retail sales, import prices and the Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index land midweek. In crypto, the U.S. Senate returns from summer recess and is expected to schedule a procedural vote on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, while the Arbitrum DAO votes on permanent bans against three DeFi projects and ARB unlocks tokens worth about $12.39 million on Sept. 15. Digital asset manager CoinShares reports first-half financial results on Monday.
