DCG pushing Senate to pass the Clarity Act
Basically trying to keep blockchain companies from fleeing to friendlier jurisdictions
The whole "regulatory clarity" thing has been dragged out for years now. Companies are tired of operating in legal gray zones.
If the US doesn't get its act together, the next wave of crypto innovation happens in Dubai, Singapore, or wherever else actually wants the business
Not rocket science — clear rules = companies stay. Unclear rules = they leave.
We'll see if Senate actually does anything or just keeps kicking the can down the road like usual 🤷
