Kalshi sent Netflix a cease-and-desist letter on July 24 over a trailer for a prediction market documentary. According to NS3.AI, Kalshi alleged that the trailer used a fake trade slip and implied Nevada sports betting activity. Netflix denied fabricating the footage.
