Tempo announces the launch of its mainnet

#Tempo has launched its mainnet, unveiling a #Layer1 blockchain purpose-built for high-volume payment use cases. The launch also features a payments directory with over 100 integrated service providers, covering model providers, developer infrastructure, and data services.

Alongside its mainnet launch, Tempo unveiled the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP), an open standard for machine payments co-developed with #Stripe . MPP enables agents and services to coordinate payments programmatically, establishing a unified framework for requesting, authorizing, and settling transactions between machines.
