整周大概率就在4370‑4530这个大箱体里面折腾。
我个人的日线推演大概是这样：
周一：上周大跌带来的空头情绪还没有完全平复，没有重磅数据，以消化鹰派利空为主，容易惯性走弱。盘中会有小幅反弹修复，但反弹很难扭转下跌趋势，冲高到4490‑4500附近就容易承压回落，回踩重点看4420‑4430能不能守得住。流动性一般，行情来回扫会比较多，不适合开大仓位。
周二：没有重磅数据，经过周一的下探之后下方出现买盘承接，行情就在4370‑4500区间来回磨盘洗筹码。次要数据影响力有限，多空都不敢大举进攻，期权带来的毛刺假信号会很多，多看少动，警惕假破位。
周三（重点）：晚间公布ADP小非农就业前瞻数据，数据会制造短时波动。数据偏强，金价会去测试4370支撑；数据偏弱，会反弹冲击4530压力。当天波动会放大，但大部分资金会保留仓位等待周五非农，很难走出真正的持续性单边，就算短暂刺破区间，收盘很可能又回到箱体内部。
周四：市场观望情绪拉到顶峰，是周三行情的延续与修正。机构资金大多选择保存仓位规避非农风险，假破位高发。只要没能有效突破4530，整体依旧在箱体内部来回震荡，不要被短期K线骗单，减少操作频率。
周五（决战）：非农数据落地
就业数据大幅强预期，加息预期升温，直接砸破4370，看向4310；
就业数据明显走弱，降息预期回暖，反弹突破4530，冲击4580分水岭。
非农公布之后波动会非常狂暴，急涨急跌来回扫止损，切忌提前重仓赌方向，优先等数据落地、K线走出确认形态之后再参与。
