Beauty products and luxury items could be transferred among stakeholders by vouchers/digital money (Example: YSL rubles) and can transit free of taxes as long as there is evidence that does not represent hazards to health. (I.e., serums, creams would never ever become money in any country but can be offered only from manufacturing company to people using courier services with government supervision).
