现价看，$BTC 63710.7，24h +0.90%，高点63960、低点62268；资金费率0.003023%。轴点PP 63370，上方R1 63959，下方S1 62962。只要站稳PP，反弹还能试R1；若重新跌破S1，说明ETF流出带来的抛压还没结束。

我的判断：短期别追高，优先看63370-62962区间承接质量。ETF连续净流出说明机构在降风险敞口，价格反弹若没有资金回流配合，容易变成过路行情。ETH 7日仍净流入，相对更稳一些，但单日也在流出，说明风险偏好整体偏谨慎。

操作上更看结构：BTC守住S1再谈反弹质量，失守就降低预期；别被单日涨跌带节奏，重点盯ETF流向能否从净流出切回净流入。
