You can reset the phone number you use for two-factor authentication (2FA) if you cannot receive SMS verification codes.
In order to protect your account, withdrawals and P2P transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
Here’s how to reset it on the Binance website.
1. Log in to your Binance account and go to [Profile] - [Security].
2. Click [Manage] next to [Phone Number].
3. Click the edit icon next to the phone number you want to change.
4. Read the notes carefully before clicking [Continue]. Please note that withdrawals and P2P transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
5. Complete 2FA to continue.
6. Enter another phone number and click [Get Code]. You should receive a verification code on the new number. Enter it and click [Submit].
7. Your new phone number has been verified. Please note that withdrawals and P2P transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
