There are a number of reasons that may affect your deposits to Binance. Here are some possible reasons:
If you forgot to use or used a wrong tag, memo, or payment ID (e.g., TON, XLM, XRP, etc), your deposit won’t be credited to your Binance account.
To recover your assets, you can apply via the Unknown Memo/Tag Recovery page.
Note: For security reasons, after the asset is successfully retrieved, it will only be returned to the source address. This is also to ensure the asset is returned to the original sender. If there are security or other related issues with the source address of the transaction, please resolve these issues in advance. Binance doesn’t support modification of refund addresses.
Binance generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service. However, if you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited tokens/coins, Binance may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your tokens/coins. Binance has comprehensive procedures to help our users recover their financial losses. Please note that successful token recovery is not guaranteed.
In case you deposit an unsupported token to any of these networks and notice a [Retrieve Now] button in your recent deposit record, simply click on it to initiate the return of your funds.
Binance continually works towards improving efficiency and shortening recovery times through innovative measures. With the Smart Retrieval process, we cater to specific tokens via MATIC, TRX, BSC,, ETH, and other networks. With this process, users can enjoy reduced recovery time (up to 14 working days), while paying a flat fee of 1 USDT.
If you sent your tokens to an incorrect address that doesn’t belong to Binance, we’re unable to provide any further assistance. You can try to contact the relevant parties for assistance (owner of the address or exchange/platform that the address belongs to).

Periodically, we rigorously evaluate each digital asset listed on our platform to ensure it continues to meet the high standards we have set. Should a coin or token fail to maintain these standards, or if the industry landscape changes, we conduct a thorough reassessment and may opt to delist it. We believe this approach better safeguards all our users. Please ensure that you do not deposit delisted tokens into your Binance account. You can find more information on our delisting announcements.
Funds deposited to an old or degraded address will not be credited automatically. To credit the funds to your account, click the [One Click Arrival] button on the ‘Transaction History’ page. Please ensure you only use your valid deposit address. For more information, please refer to this FAQ: "Why Is My Deposit Address Being Retired".
Deposits that do not meet the minimum deposit amount cannot be retrieved. Please refer to the provided link for the minimum deposit amount required for each token: Binance Crypto Fee.
Please fill out the Self-service Appeal Form as instructed in the FAQ: "How to Retrieve a Deposit That Hasn’t Arrived With Self-Service Recovery". Binance will review before processing the refund to the original source address.
Currently, Binance does not support deposits of NFTs and Ordinal NFTs. Binance can only assist with retrieving NFTs on the BSC and ETH networks. Please note that retrieval is not guaranteed, and if the recovery is successful, a retrieval fee will be charged, regardless of the NFT's value.
For more information regarding handling Ordinal NFTs, please refer to the FAQ: "Frequently Asked Questions on Ordinal NFT Deposit and Withdrawal".
Your Binance deposit address differs from those in self-custodial wallets such as Trust Wallet and Metamask. In self-custodial wallets, users possess their wallet's private keys, granting them complete control over their funds. However, when you deposit funds on a centralized platform like Binance, we manage the wallets and the deposited funds for you.
As we maintain a vast network of hot, cold, and deposit wallets, the process of reviewing, consolidating and safely refunding unlisted tokens requires significant resources to manage the technical complexities.
