Why Haven't I Received the Cryptocurrency from Binance Pay?
If you are unable to locate the incoming funds from your friends under the Binance Pay payment history, you can follow the below steps to trace the funds.
Please note that Binance Pay funds will arrive in your Funding Wallet. You may check your Funding Wallet to see if the funds have arrived first.
1. Ask for a screenshot of the payment details from the sender
Senders can find the transaction details by clicking [Orders] - [Payment History]. Then click [>] next to the Binance Pay transaction on the Binance website.
Alternatively, go to the Binance App and tap [Profile] - [Pay] - [Payment History] to find the details.
2. Check the payment details
2.1 Order ID
Binance Pay order ID starts with 1 and consists of 18 numerics.
If the Order ID starts with 5, proceed to check your P2P History, this means that the sender initiated the payment via P2P instead of Binance Pay.
In order to provide a better user experience, the P2P Send/Receive function has been upgraded to Binance Pay. Please advise your friend to upgrade their Binance App to the latest version and use Binance Pay to send and receive funds.
2.2. Payment status
If the payment status is “Successful”, but you can’t see the funds in your Funding Wallet, please check if the recipient's address matches yours.
