1. Who issues the Binance Card?
Binance has partnered with Swipe to provide a Card platform for Binance users. The issuer will be a financial institution that is identified on your Cardholder agreement depending on your region. Each region will have its own card issuer.
2. What are the terms of using the Binance Card?
The Binance Card is bound by Terms and Conditions which are from the card issuer and Binance. Your usage of the card is in explicit agreeance with these terms
3. Will my BNB in Binance Card be recorded in daily BNB balance calculation mechanism?
Yes. Total Daily Average BNB Balance = Daily Average Spot Account Balance + Daily Average Margin Account Balance + Daily Average Sub-accounts Balance + Daily Average Binance Savings Account Balance + Daily Average Binance Fiat Account Balance + Daily Average Futures wallet Balance + Daily Average Binance Card Account Balance.
4. Why did my Binance Card payment get declined?
If your Binance Card payment was declined please check the following details to troubleshoot this issue:
For online purchases:
  • Whether your Billing Address the same as when you ordered your card
  • Whether you have entered the right expiration date
  • Whether you have entered the right CVV 3 digit code
  • Whether you have entered the verification code for 3D-S verification
  • Checked with the merchant on why they didn’t accept your card
  • Check your Card Wallet balance to ensure that the amount was greater than or equal to the value you are attempting to charge
  • Check your Card Wallet to see if your Card was locked
  • Whether your card status is “Active” on the Card Wallet
For in-store purchases:
  • Check your Card Wallet balance to ensure that the amount was greater than or equal to the value you are attempting to charge
  • Whether you have entered the right PIN code? See how to get your PIN, you may refer to Checking card details
  • Checked with the merchant on why they didn’t accept your card
  • Check your Card Wallet to see if your Card was locked
  • Whether your card status is “Active” on the Card Wallet

5. Where can I see the record of transfers between card and spot wallets?
You may check the history of all transfers between your card and spot wallets in the Wallet Transfers tab. You can navigate to this section from the card dashboard via Transaction history/More Details/Wallet Transfers.
All transfers from the spot wallet to the card wallet are called Top-ups. There are 2 types of top-ups:
  • Manual, those, which you made manually via Transfer button in the card dashboard
  • Auto, those, which were made by our system according to the Auto Top-up settings, specified by you. Please refer to the Auto Top-up section in the FAQ for more details.
All transfers from the card wallet to the spot wallet are called Withdrawals.
You may specify in the drop down menu, what you would like to see: Top-ups or Withdrawals.
