The $1 Game is a bidding game on Binance Pay, where you can bid 1 BUSD to get a chance to win big prizes. Once the winner is announced after 24 hours, you will get 1 BUSD refunded to your wallet.

1. Am I eligible to participate in the $1 Game?
To participate in the $1 Game, you have to have a verified Binance account that has completed Identity Verification.

2. Why can't I find the $1 Game in the app after receiving the campaign email?
Please make sure that your Binance App is on version 2.43.0 and above.

The $1 Game homepage will display a list of products you can submit a bid to purchase, and each product will be listed at 1 BUSD unless specified otherwise. Click [Play Now] and submit your payment.

You will receive an app push/ in-app notification to confirm your participation. You can access [My Subscription] in Binance Pay to view your transaction in detail.

4. Can I submit more than 1 bid?
You can only submit 1 bid – successful or not – during each campaign period. However, there is no limit on the number of campaigns you can participate in.

5. How do I know if the bid I submitted is successful or not?
Successful bidders will be announced within 24 hours after the activity has ended. Winners will be notified via app push/ in-app notification.

6. What will happen if the bid I submitted is not successful?
If you submitted a bid but were unsuccessful, you will be refunded within 48 hours after the successful bidders are announced.

7. Can I cancel my bid?
You cannot cancel successful bids, and any payment previously made – BUSD, cryptocurrencies, or vouchers – is not refundable.
