1. How do I order a Binance Card?
Throughout July and August 2020, existing eligible users in France and Spain, that have already registered their interest for a Binance Card, will be invited to order their Binance Card.
Please continue to register your interest at card.binance.com and we will send you an invitation email.
  • To order a Binance Card you must first login to your Binance.com Account, have your KYC level 2 verified, and be domiciled in a region that supports the Binance Card.
  • You may then navigate to the Card Wallet as shown below:
  • You will now see the following screen where you can press “Order Card” to order the card.
  • You will then need to follow the prompts to complete your card order. If successful your Binance Virtual Card will be issued and remain valid until your physical card is activated.
2. List of Countries where Binance Card is supported
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

3. How do I update an incorrect shipping address?
When you are ordering a Binance Card, we will display your shipping address that your Binance Card will be sent to and the billing address on file for the Card. If this address is incorrect, please contact our Binance Customer Service for help. You will need to provide a recent utility bill with your name and new address so we may update the account appropriately. Please keep in mind that if this address is not accessible via public records, we may need to request additional documents.
4. Why is the “State” blank on the Binance Card order form?
You may notice that on your Binance Card order form the “State” section is missing. Binance utilizes a third-party KYC provider and there are some instances where the state data does not get properly recorded. To complete the Binance Card order you must enter the State by selecting it from the drop down menu. If the state is missing, please contact our support team to further assist this matter.
5. Why is my ID Issue Date blank on the Binance Card order form?
You may notice that on your Binance Card order form the “ID Issue Date” section is missing. Binance utilizes a third-party KYC provider and there are some instances where the state data does not get properly recorded. To complete the Binance Card order you must enter the ID Issue Date by selecting the date from the drop down menu.This date must match the ID you used during the KYC process. Failure to enter the right information will result in a failed card order.
6. Why did my Binance Card order fail?
Your Binance Card order can fail for many reasons. We will send you an email specifying the exact reason that the Card order failed. If there were any costs incurred during the Card order process, those fees will be returned to you.
7. How long does it take to get my Binance Card?
Your Binance Virtual Card will be issued upon a successful order, meaning your KYC has passed and the Card order process was submitted correctly. Your Binance Physical Card will arrive at your residence, which was the address listed to you on the Card Order form, within 7-14 business days. There are some instances where the card may arrive sooner depending on your country. If you do not receive the card within 14 business days please contact our support team. Please note: Binance physical cards are under manufacturing time periods at the moment and will not be delivered for 6-8 weeks.
8. When can I activate my Binance Physical Card?
Your Binance Physical Card activation button located in the Card Wallet will be grayed out and inaccessible until the status of the card has transitioned from “Pending” to “Shipped’. Once the status is marked as “Shipped”, users will be able to press and use the “Activate” button.
9. How do I activate my Binance Virtual Card?
Your Binance Virtual Card, if successfully ordered, comes activated upon issuance of the Card in your Card Wallet on Binance.com.
10. How do I activate my Binance Physical Card?
Your Binance Physical Card can be activated on the Binance.com Card Wallet. To activate your Card, please first login to your Binance.com account. Thereafter, navigate to the Card Wallet. You will see the “Activate” button which will begin your activation process. Thereafter you will need to enter your CVV which is located on the back of your Binance Physical Card. Once entered correctly, the Binance Physical Card will be activated and ready for usage and your 4 digit PIN code will be displayed. Please take note of this PIN to use your card where PIN is required and for ATM Cash access.
11. How do I lock my Binance Card?
You are able to lock your Binance Card, which will prevent new charges from being approved, directly on the Binance.com Card Wallet. To do so, please follow these instructions. Firstly, please login to your Binance.com account. Thereafter, navigate to the Card Wallet. You will see a button labeled: “Lock Card”. Press this button and you will receive a success message and the card will be locked. Please keep in mind that the card will decline on every transaction until you unlock the card.
12. How do I unlock my Binance Card?
To unlock your Binance Card, from your previous lock command, please follow these instructions. Firstly, please login to your Binance.com account. Thereafter, navigate to the Card Wallet. You will see a button labeled: “Unlock Card”. Press this button, and then enter your 2FA verification code. Once successfully entered, you will receive a success message and the card will be unlocked.
13. How do I view my PIN number?
To view your PIN number please follow these instructions. Firstly, please login to your Binance.com account. Thereafter, navigate to the Card Wallet. You will see a button labeled: “View PIN”. Press this button, and then enter your 2FA verification code. Once successfully entered, you will receive a success message and the PIN will be displayed for a limited amount of time.
14. How do I change my PIN?
To change your Binance Card PIN please follow these instructions. First, you will need to know your existing PIN. If you do not know your existing PIN, please visit Q13 to learn how to see your PIN. Once you have your PIN, please go to your nearest ATM that accepts Visa. Thereafter, insert your Card into the ATM and enter your PIN. The ATM will give you an option to change your PIN, please follow those prompts as each ATM is different. Thereafter, you will receive a success message on the ATM and the PIN is now changed.
15. How do I use the cryptocurrency that is on my Card wallet on my Binance Card?
Binance Card enables the real-time conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat currency on the Card Wallet. Only fiat currency will be used on the Card itself and Binance will handle all of these conversions.
16. How do I add cryptocurrency to my Card Wallet?
You may transfer funds from your Spot Wallet to the Card Wallet by following these steps. Firstly, please login to your Binance.com account. Thereafter, navigate to the Card Wallet. Then press the “Transfer” button. You will be able to transfer funds within your daily Card Wallet Transfer Limits. The transfer will be instant and available for immediate use.
17. How does Binance Card work?
Binance Card enables real time cryptocurrency to fiat currency conversion, enabling you to spend your crypto assets with merchants globally. Binance will aggregate the value of your Card Wallet based on the market prices of your cryptocurrency. This aggregated balance will be displayed in the currency that the card is in (e.g: Euros). When you use your Card, this Card Wallet Balance will be your available balance to spend.
18. Who issues the Binance Card?
Binance has partnered with Swipe to provide a Card platform for Binance users. The issuer will be a financial institution that is identified on your Cardholder agreement depending on your region. Each region will have its own card issuer.
19. What are the terms of using the Binance Card?
The Binance Card is bound by Terms and Conditions which are from the card issuer and Binance. Your usage of the card is in explicit agreeance with these terms
20. In which order does the Binance Card use my cryptocurrency in the Card Wallet?
The Binance Card uses an aggregate value of all your cryptocurrency to make purchases based on the order in the Card Wallet. To select a different order than the standard default order, please follow these instructions. Firstly, please login to your Binance.com account. Thereafter, navigate to the Card Wallet. You can now drag and drop the cryptocurrencies to select which order of liquidation and usage you want to set. The Card Wallet will now use this new order when using your Card.
21. Will my BNB in Binance Card be recorded in daily BNB balance calculation mechanism?
Yes. Total Daily Average BNB Balance = Daily Average Spot Account Balance + Daily Average Margin Account Balance + Daily Average Sub-accounts Balance + Daily Average Binance Savings Account Balance + Daily Average Binance Fiat Account Balance + Daily Average Futures wallet Balance + Daily Average Binance Card Account Balance.
22. Will my card decline if I have a Cryptocurrency set as the priority that does not have enough funds to use for my purchase?
As long as your Card Wallet aggregated balance is equal to or greater than the amount the merchant is attempting to charge, the transaction should not be declined. Binance will use all available cryptocurrency in the order you selected, or left on default, to complete the transaction.
23. Where can I use my Binance Card?
You may use your Binance Card anywhere in the world that accepts the network associated with your Card. Since Binance works with numerous networks globally, please check your Cardholder agreement to identify the network the Card in your region supports (e.g: Visa).
24. What are my Binance Card limits?
Your Binance Card limits will be set based on your region and the card issuers settings. You can view your Binance Card limits on the Cardholder agreement or on the Binance.com Card Wallet as shown below:
25. How do I withdraw Cash from my Binance Card?
The Binance Card generally allows you to withdraw cash from an ATM within the ATM limit as long as you are in a region that supports cash withdrawals. Please visit your nearest ATM and follow the instructions on the ATM to withdraw cash. You will need your PIN (about how to view the PIN, you may refer to Q13).
26. Why did my Binance Card payment get declined?
If your Binance Card payment was declined please check the following details to troubleshoot this issue:
For online purchases:
    • Whether your Billing Address the same as when you ordered your card
    • Whether you have entered the right expiration date
    • Whether you have entered the right CVV 3 digit code
    • Whether you have entered the verification code for 3D-S verification
    • Checked with the merchant on why they didn’t accept your card
    • Check your Card Wallet balance to ensure that the amount was greater than or equal to the value you are attempting to charge
    • Check your Card Wallet to see if your Card was locked
    • Whether your card status is “Active” on the Card Wallet
For in-store purchases:
    • Check your Card Wallet balance to ensure that the amount was greater than or equal to the value you are attempting to charge
    • Whether you have entered the right PIN code? See how to get your PIN, you may refer to Q12
    • Checked with the merchant on why they didn’t accept your card
    • Check your Card Wallet to see if your Card was locked
    • Whether your card status is “Active” on the Card Wallet

27. How do I add my Binance Card to my Google Pay wallet?
Binance cardholders may link their Binance Virtual or Binance Physical card to Google Pay wallet to pay anywhere Google Pay is accepted. Please follow these steps below to add your card to Google Pay:
1) Open the Google Pay App
2) Enter your Binance Card number and details
3) You will be sent a SMS OTP
4) Enter the SMS OTP
5) You will receive a success message
Your Binance Card is now added to your Google Pay Wallet can be used anywhere Google Pay is accepted by both online and offline merchants.
Please Note: You will notice that the card art for the Google Pay card is Orange as we use the Swipe platform to issue Binance Cards and there can only be one artwork present. There is no change in the functionality of your Binance Card.
28. How do I add my Binance Card to my Samsung Pay wallet?
Binance cardholders may link their Binance Virtual or Binance Physical card to Samsung Pay wallet to pay anywhere Samsung Pay is accepted. Please follow these steps below to add your card to Samsung Pay:
1) Open the Samsung Pay App
2) Enter your Binance Card number and details
3) You will be sent a SMS OTP
4) Enter the SMS OTP
5) You will receive a success message.
Your Binance Card is now added to your Samsung Pay Wallet and can be used anywhere Samsung Pay is accepted by both online and offline merchants.
Please Note: You will notice that the card art for the Samsung Pay card is Orange as we use the Swipe platform to issue Binance Cards and there can only be one artwork present. There is no change in the functionality of your Binance Card.
29. How long does my refund take to return to my Card Account?
Binance cardholders will receive a refund from a merchant typically within 7 business days.
