Updates to Trading System and Rules for USDT-Margined Futures and Risk and Margin Tiers for Coin-Margined Quarterly Contracts

Fellow Binancians,
To better serve our users and prevent market risk, the following updates have been made to Trading System and Rules of USDT-Margined Futures at 2020/12/21 08:00 AM (UTC):
- If there are open positions on Isolated Margin Mode, it’s not allowed to lower the symbol’s leverage.
- Max withdrawable amount updated as below:
- Max withdrawable amount of Cross Wallet: Cross Wallet Balance - Cross Position Maintenance Margin;
- Max withdrawable amount of Isolated Wallet: Isolated Wallet Balance - Isolated Position Maintenance Margin.
Binance Futures has also updated the risk and margin tiers of FIL, ETC, TRX and EOS 1225 & 0326 Coin-Margined Quarterly Contracts as per the table below. The maximum leverage available has been decreased to 20x. This change is in effect immediately.
