Updates to Margin Tiers of COIN-M Contracts (2021-04-12)

Fellow Binancians,
Binance Futures will update margin tiers of the EOS, BNB, EGLD Coin-Margined contracts with new leverage and margin tiers as reflected in the tables below.
- EOS Coin-Margined contracts will be updated at 2021-04-13 9:00 AM (UTC)
- BNB Coin-Margined contracts will be updated at 2021-04-14 9:00 AM (UTC)
- EGLD Coin-Margined contracts will be updated at 2021-04-15 9:00 AM (UTC)
Position value and maintenance margin will be adjusted in each tier. Existing positions opened before the updates will be affected.
It is important to note that the maintenance margin change will directly affect liquidation price. To avoid being liquidated (i.e. margin ratio hits 100%), please add more margin to your Coin-M Futures account or reduce your positions. It is recommended to control the margin ratio below 80%.

In addition, Binance Futures has started updating the Maintenance Margin of COIN-M futures contracts periodically. The adjustment is expected to be completed in 10 weeks. The implementation times for this week are 2021-04-13 9:00 AM (UTC) and 2021-04-15 9:00 AM (UTC). To avoid being liquidated, please add more margin to your COIN-M Futures account or reduce your positions.
