How to Check My Futures Wallet Balance?

2021-01-13 15:34
Please note that the USDⓈ-Margined Futures and COIN-Margined Futures do not share the same wallet.

How to view my wallet balance on the Futures trading interface?

You can check your wallet balance on the right of the Futures trading interface, either on the order panel, or under the [Assets] widget.
To view the balances of different assets in your Futures Wallet, go to the [Assets] widget.

How to view my wallet balance on the wallet dashboard?

Hover over the [Wallet] icon and select [USDⓈ-Margined Futures] or [COIN-Margined Futures]. You’ll be redirected to the Futures Wallet dashboard.
The COIN-M Wallet displays the total asset balance in BTC, while the USDⓈ-M Wallet displays the total asset balance in USD.
Please note that the margin balance factors in unrealized PNL. As such, the margin balance will fluctuate in real-time if there are open positions.
You can view the balance of each asset under the [Assets] tab.
Notes:
  • Margin Balance = Wallet Balance + Unrealized PNL.
    • Your positions will be liquidated once the Margin Balance ≤ the Maintenance Margin.
  • Wallet Balance = Total Net Transfer + Total Realized Profit + Total Net Funding Fee - Total Commission
  • Unrealized profit and loss on your positions are calculated based on the Mark Price.
  • Available for Order (i.e., Available margin for opening a position):
    • For USDⓈ-M Futures: Available for Order = max(0, crossWalletBalance + ∑cross Unrealized PNL - (∑Cross Initial Margin + ∑Isolated Open Order Initial Margin))
      • Isolated Open Order Initial Margin = abs(Isolated Present Notional) * IMR - abs(Size) * IMR * Mark Price
    • For COIN-M Futures: Available for Order = max(0, CrossWalletBalance + ∑Cross Unrealized PNL - (∑Cross Initial Margin + ∑Isolated Open Order Initial Margin))
      • Isolated Open Order Initial Margin = abs(Isolated Present Notional) * IMR - abs(Size) * Contract Size * IMR / Mark Price
  • Balance (i.e., Wallet Balance) = Total Net Transfer + Total Realized Profit + Total Net Funding Fee - Total Commission
