1. Log in to your Binance account and go to [Wallet] - [Fiat and Spot] - [Deposit].
2. Select [ZAR] under [Currency] and choose to pay with [Online Banking]. Click [Continue].
3. If you haven’t completed Identity Verification for your Binance account, you will be prompted to do so at this step.
4. You will then be redirected to Stitch's website. Select your bank and login.
5. Select the bank account to link and click [Confirm].
Please note that the account holder's name must match the one on your Binance account.
6. After your bank account is verified, click [Deposit Now].
7. Enter the amount you want to deposit and you will see the transaction fee (if any). Click [Continue].
8. In some cases, you may need to approve the payment via MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), depending on your bank account’s settings.
9. Your deposit order is submitted. Please wait patiently for your bank to process your order. You can click [View History] to check the order status.
10. Typically, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. If your funds haven’t arrived, click [Appeal].
If your deposit is denied, please ensure that your bank account balance and the account limit for your bank account are sufficient to cover the order. Please also check that you have completed the MFA (if required).
