Binance has cut off direct and indirect trading with multiple cryptocurrency platforms in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
After this regulatory adjustment to Binance, these are the 4 biggest pitfalls that ordinary Chinese users are most likely to fall into!
First: Direct deposits/withdrawals between HTX and Binance ⚠️
This is high-risk in the Chinese community.
After August 23, absolutely do not withdraw directly from Binance to HTX, and do not deposit from HTX directly to Binance! Otherwise, your assets may be intercepted and frozen, and it may even trigger Binance account compliance and risk-control reviews.
Second: C2C merchants using wallets that involve the implicated platforms
Binance can trace the flow of funds through on-chain risk control systems such as Chainalysis. If it finds that your deposit source indirectly went through one of the above blacklisted platforms
Third: Thinking it’s fine to use a decentralized wallet as a temporary “bridge”
