Personally, I use this Strategy
Intelligent Risk Management Strategy (Read This!)
If you trade in FUTURES, then:
Use ONLY 5% of your total balance
Never use the entire balance
How it works:
Trade futures with a maximum of 5% of the balance
If you make profits → move the profits
to SPOT
Even if liquidation occurs
balance remains
SAFE
Example:
95% of the
If 5% of the balance generates a 100%
profit
Take only the profit, trade again with
the same 5%
If a loss occurs:
The loss will be solely from the profits
The main balance remains intact
This way, you survive long term Capital security > quick money
Simple
Cash

i have decided to close my position and take small profits.
i will be able to sleep peacefully in the morning when the drop occurs, perhaps i will make a reentry.
i did not earn what i wanted but overall there was some profit taken and the commissions and fees were paid.

Update 3.
after having more than 150 in profit when I went to sleep, I woke up and saw the surprise that the position had closed with the minimum loss of 1 dollar (plus commissions)
so I decided to reopen and luckily I have a position below my trade from yesterday, so today's position has as a take profit the maximum from yesterday, let's see what happens. I have a stop loss at 10 dollars for recovering commissions!

after having more than 150 in profit when I went to sleep, I woke up and saw the surprise that the position had closed with the minimum loss of 1 dollar (plus commissions)

Despite having an early entry and holding on longer, it is now above the price, but the profits are still somewhat low for what I desire.
Meanwhile, I only moved the stop loss to the entry price in case there is a sudden drop, so I can close and reopen with a more accurate entry.

I was very focused on the chart and pressed without guilt to close with market 😅 I gave away 50 usd hahahha everything was going perfectly so I closed everything to secure and take profits I subtracted and added either way I won!!
