According to Foresight News, The Block reported that Web3 enterprise equity trading company Dinari completed a $7.5 million seed round of financing. Investors included Third Kind Venture Capital, 500 Global, former Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan, Sancus Ventures, Version One VC and Susquehanna International Group member SPEILLLP.

Dinari will also launch a trading platform, dShare, which will match tokens 1:1 with underlying securities to allow users to gain equity in publicly funded businesses.
