A personal financial disclosure document filed with the Federal Election Commission shows that Trump holds $250,000 worth of ETH. Trump released a personal NFT series at the end of 2022, with initial estimates of revenue of approximately $100,000 to $1 million.
Former US President Donald Trump, who has always been unfriendly to cryptocurrencies, is currently working hard to compete in the next presidential election (2024). However, a financial document shows that he is likely to hold some cryptocurrencies.
Trump holds $250,000 in Ethereum
Personal financial disclosure documents filed with the Federal Election Commission last month showed that Trump holds $250,000 worth of ETH (about 135 at current prices).

Although the multi-billion dollar total valuation of Trump’s business empire in this comparison document is only a drop in the bucket, it is still possible to find clues that he holds ETH.
In fact, financial disclosure documents released as early as April this year showed that Trump earned between US$100,001 and US$1 million from the sales of his personal NFT series "Trump Digital Trading Card" released in December last year.
The document pointed out that CIC Digital LLC, the company created by Trump for the NFT project, earned up to $1 million in revenue. The company allowed NFT INT LLC, the company behind the NFT project, to use Trump's portrait, name and image under a paid licensing agreement. Therefore, it is reasonable to infer that the ETH assets disclosed by Trump are closely related to the NFT series he sold.
Trump NFT total transaction volume exceeds 26 million US dollars
Trump's first NFT series was minted on Polygon, with a total of 45,000 issued, each NFT priced at US$99, and was quickly sold out within 12 hours when the public sale opened in December.
According to on-chain data from CryptoSlam, the series has generated over $20 million in sales since its release.
Opensea data shows that the NFT floor price is temporarily reported at about 0.1137 ETH, equivalent to about 200 US dollars, and the total transaction volume reached 14,299 ETH. Based on the current price of ETH at 1,850 US dollars before the deadline, it exceeded 26.45 million US dollars. According to the terms of issuance, Trump will collect a 10% royalty fee for each NFT.
