  • The promotion is only applicable to makers and merchants from selected Southeast Asian markets. 

  • Maker: When you place an ad that goes on the order book on p2p.binance.com, any subsequent trades coming from that order will be as a “maker.” These ads add liquidity to the order book, helping to "make the market" and are therefore termed the "maker" for any subsequent trades.

  • To enjoy the promotional fee rates on applicable ads, participants should close all current ads and create new ones. Eligible makers and merchants will automatically enjoy the 50% maker fee discount for every successful trade via new P2P advertisements in qualified markets during the Promotion Period.

  • In order to post ads on Binance P2P, makers and merchants need to meet the Binance P2P advertisement posting requirements available here.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be illegally bulk registered accounts.

  • Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
