The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has taken swift action by freezing the assets of Digital Licensing Inc., a crypto mining company suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities. The SEC, in an emergency announcement, has also obtained a restraining order against the firm, which operates under the name DEBT Box.

Additionally, the regulatory agency has taken legal action against four key individuals associated with Digital Licensing - Jason Anderson, Jacob Anderson, Schad Brannon, and Roydon Nelson - along with 13 other defendants. They are accused of running a "fraudulent scheme" that raised $50 million and undisclosed amounts of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
