He criticized political players for using the legal system against their enemies and shared a video highlighting how Judge McCormick, who ruled against Musk, had political ties. The $55 billion compensation package for Musk, which was approved by Tesla’s board and 80% of its shareholders, was overturned in the landmark ruling. On January 30, Judge McCormick declared Musk’s landmark compensation invalid. However, Tesla has not given up on the matter as it seeks to secure the promised package for Musk.
