Nautilus Chain is the industry's first modular Layer3 chain, which uses Celestia's modular bottom layer and uses ZK Rollup technology to increase privacy. Nautilus Chain allows developers to choose a solution that suits them in a customized way. Through Nnautilus, developers can choose to develop DAPP-Chain or DAPP-Rollup or DAPP-Subnet in a more comprehensive package of modules, and can help developers reduce operating costs, strengthen security, obtain more sovereignty (new layers do not need to rely on Layer1 such as Ethereum), and realize more functions.
Nautilus Chain is the industry's first parallelized and fastest EVM Rollup L3 expansion solution. As the first modular chain, storage, computing, consensus, etc. are all in different modules, which means that it can obtain higher scalability and expansion capabilities, and further improve network throughput, security, and privacy on the basis of Layer2. According to the "Triton" test network data, during the test period, Nautilus Chain TPS data was above 2000.
On the eve of the mainnet launch, Nautilus Chain built a DID system and launched NautDID for users to receive for free. Eligible users will soon be able to receive NautDID and officially become early citizens on the Nautilus Chain, which also indicates that the Nautilus Chain Layer3 digital identity era will officially begin.
NautDID: The Era of Layer 3 Digital Identity Begins
It is reported that Nautilus Chain launched a total of 100,000 DIDs in the first round. According to rights and scarcity, the DID assets are divided into three categories, with attributes of SSR (5,000), SR (30,000) and R (65,000).
Nautilus Chain DID adopts a whitelist mechanism. As of 23:59:59 (UTC) on June 1, users who have contributed to the Nautilus Chain Triton Testnet and active users of other chains (such as ETH, BNB Chain, Arbitrum One, Polygon, zkSync, Optimism, Avalanche) will receive it for free.
l SSR DID
Among them, the conditions for receiving DIDs with different attributes are different. The rarest SSR DID is mainly for Zepoch holders and users who hold more than 200,000 $ZBC. Nautilus Chain will randomly snapshot and determine the qualifications between June 10th and June 30th.
l SR DID
SR DID is mainly aimed at active users, that is, users who participate in testnet interactions and conduct more than 5 transactions per month, users who invite new users through testnet refrush, and users who obtain all OAT of Galxe-Nautilus Chain Triton Testnet Carnival (one of the conditions is sufficient).
In addition, users who interact with other chains more than 100 times in May, and users who hold funds on other chains greater than 5,000 USDT, can receive SR DID for free.
l R DID
R is for users who are eligible for SSR and SR (can be claimed after SSR/SR are all claimed), as well as active users of other chains invited by users.
In addition, users who interact more than 10 times per month (March 31st to May 31st), whose account balance is greater than 50 U equivalent tokens, and whose BNB Chian holdings are greater than 100 $ZBC (daily snapshots after the event is launched).
For users who meet the above conditions, they can receive the corresponding DID assets for free on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Any user holding this DID can obtain relevant rights and interests, including:
l Have the opportunity to receive multiple rounds of Token and NFT airdrops within the ecosystem
l There is a chance to be included in the lossless pre-mining whitelist of the protocol mining pool within the ecosystem (SR and R DID holders draw lots based on user activity)
l Have the opportunity to obtain the whitelist of the first-launch project on Nautchain (SR, R DID holders draw lots based on user activity)
l Have the opportunity to participate in Nautilus ecosystem governance
l Have the opportunity to obtain foundation investment and customized technical support as an independent DAO community
DIDs with different attributes have different depths of rights and interests in the above rights and interests. At the same time, the launch of DID is expected to help Nautilus Chain bring in a large number of users, including active users and users with net worth, which has positive significance for the early launch of the Nautilus Chain ecosystem.
The difference of Nautilus Chain's DID system is that NautDID is natively launched by Nautilus Chain. This system is more in line with the modular characteristics of Layer3. Any developer who develops an application can embed NautDID natively into it in a modular form and cooperate seamlessly with the application itself. Based on this DID system, developers can build user portraits through the user's on-chain behavior on Nautilus Chain to better provide services to users.
In addition, NautDID will also be able to help Nautilus Chain match more business scenarios. For example, Zebec Protocol can further develop in the direction of compliance through the DID system and establish systems such as KYC to achieve seamless integration with more Web2 business scenarios.
NautDID will soon be officially released on the mainnet. Users who have previously received DID will be able to obtain a new Web3 identity on the Nautilus Chain mainnet, ushering in the era of Layer3 digital identity.
Nautilus Dev Vault Events
Last month, Nautilus Chain partnered with Zebec Labs to launch the Nautilus Dev Vault event, which aims to encourage developers to deploy applications on Nautilus Chain and incentivize high-quality on-chain projects.
It is reported that the first Nautilus Dev Vault event will kick off in the form of a Dapp competition, open to the first 50 projects deployed on the Nautilus Chain mainnet. Project types can be infrastructure (cross-chain bridges, interoperable communication protocols, privacy protection), Defi+games+NFT sectors (DEX or aggregators, lending protocols, liquidity pledges, derivatives, Launchpad, games, NFT markets), education+tools, etc. (projects designed to enhance the understanding and awareness of Nautilus Chain functions, including indexing and analysis tools, Dao tools, etc.).
Zebec Labs Foundation and the Investment Research Team will evaluate projects based on on-chain data and $ZBC adoption metrics. After careful consideration, qualified teams will be selected to unlock the first round of Nautilus Chain Dev Vault funds. The prize allocation is as follows:
l Each project has the opportunity to unlock up to 20% of the Naut Dev Vault each round, with a total of up to 100,000 USDT. Early participants will receive higher returns.
l Participants are also entitled to share 30% of the monthly gas revenue, distributed according to the amount of TXN generated.
l
The Dev Vault’s reward pool structure is as follows:
l In the first three months after the mainnet launch, the Zebec Labs Foundation has committed to provide the equivalent of $750,000 in $ZBC to the DEV Vault. Of this, $500,000 in USDT will be used for the Dapp competition, while the equivalent of $250,000 in ZBC will be invested in the liquidity incentive pool. Future contributions will be dynamically adjusted based on the growth of the ecosystem.
l A unique self-allocation mechanism ensures that 30% of the Nautilus Chain Gas revenue is allocated to the Dev Vault every month.
Currently, the registration for the first phase of Nautilus Dev Vault has ended and the selection process is about to begin. After the first phase ends, Nautilus Dev Vault will continue to carry out a series of activities.
Nautilus Chain has now entered the final round of testnet testing. After the latest testnet testing is completed, Nautilus Chain will be officially launched on the mainnet, which will also mean that the first modular Layer3 ecosystem will officially begin.
