The Digital Partnership Agreement between South Korea and Singapore is the first digital trade agreement signed by South Korea, covering various digital economic and trade norms and cooperation bases, with key points including the abolition of tariffs on digital products transmitted through electronic channels, the protection of the free transfer of personal information and other data between the two countries' databases, and the prevention of the establishment of technical barriers to trade.
