PANews reported on July 13 that the FTX claims website https://claims.ftx.com is back online. Individual customers can access their account information and then submit applications, which will be included in FTX's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Earlier news, FTX officially tweeted that FTX debtors are finalizing the online claims portal https://claims.ftx.com for FTX customers who submit claims. This is the only official FTX customer claims portal.
