To celebrate its sixth anniversary, Binance Simple Earn is launching two promotions for all users. Users who opt-in to the promotion and sign up for Simple Earn Locked products from 07/10/2023 15:00 to 07/31/2023 15:00 (Moscow time) can receive up to $66 in the form of a voucher for BNB tokens, and new users of Simple Earn products with fixed terms will also be able to benefit from a special exclusive APR on the platform.

Promotion 1. Rewards up to $66 in BNB voucher for new users of Simple Earn fixed term products

Promotion period: from 07/10/2023 15:00 to 07/31/2023 15:00 (Moscow time).

This promotion is available to all users who register for the promotion and subscribe to a minimum of $50 (equivalent) in Simple Earn products during the promotion.

There are a total of two reward pools available in Promotion 1. Each user can claim a reward from one pool based on their total subscription to Simple Earn fixed-term products during the promotion.

• For Eligible Members whose total subscription volume for Simple Earn Fixed-Term Products during the Promotion is ≥ $50 Equivalent and ≤ $499.99 Equivalent:

  • The top 900 participants from this group, selected based on their total subscription volume to Simple Earn's fixed-term products during the promotion, will be eligible to receive $3 in the form of a BNB voucher.

• For Eligible Members whose total subscription volume to Simple Earn Fixed-Term Products during the Promotion is ≥ $500 Equivalent:

  • The top 100 participants from this group, selected based on their total subscription volume to Simple Earn's fixed-term products during the promotion, will be able to receive $66 in the form of a BNB voucher.

Note. If multiple users have the same total subscription volume for Simple Earn Fixed Terms products during the promotion, the user who reaches that goal first will receive a higher rank.

Promotion 2. Only for new users of Simple Earn products with fixed terms. Receive an APR of up to 27% when you subscribe to fixed term products for BNB, ADA, SOL, DOT, MATIC or AXS within a specified period.

Promotion period: from 07/10/2023 15:00 to 07/23/2023 15:00 (Moscow time).

This promotion is available to users who have not used Binance Simple Earn fixed terms products before 07/10/2023 15:00 (Moscow time). Eligible users will be able to get special exclusive APR on the platform by subscribing to the following products with fixed terms:

• The promotion is only available to users authorized to use Binance Simple Earn and may not be available or limited in certain jurisdictions or regions and to certain users depending on legal and regulatory requirements.

• Only verified users will be able to participate in this promotion. To be eligible for Promotion 1, users must register to participate by 07/31/2023 15:00 (UTC).

• Upon expiration of Fixed Terms products, digital assets/digital currencies will be converted to Simple Earn Fixed Terms products.

  • Note. In the event that multiple users have the same total subscription volume for Simple Earn Fixed Terms products during the promotion, the user who achieves this goal first will receive a higher rank.

  • BNB rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers to all eligible users within three weeks of the end of the two promotions. The user can log in and collect their reward in the form of a token voucher in the "Profile - Bonus Center" section.

  • The amount of BNB prize will be calculated based on the closing price of BNB on CoinMarketCap (CMC) as of 08/01/2023 03:00 UTC.

  • All vouchers received will expire within 14 days of distribution. Users must claim their vouchers before they expire. Find out how to redeem your token voucher.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants it reasonably determines to be fraudulent or in violation of applicable terms and conditions.

• Binance reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time and in its sole discretion, to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions (including, without limitation, the cancellation, extension, termination and suspension of this promotion), as well as the terms and conditions of participation, eligibility conditions , the number of winners and the timing of any tasks. All participants are required to follow the changes.
