Binance is about to launch the 32nd Launchpad project Arkham (ARKM) and open a BNB special sale. Arkham Intel Exchange is a decentralized encrypted intelligence protocol. On the one hand, users can request intelligence from the community by issuing bounties on the market. On the other hand, bounty hunters can get rewards by submitting the required intelligence.

The Arkham team said they observed two trends in the crypto community that led to the launch of the project:

As such, Arkham provides a way for on-chain detectives to monetize their skills, satisfying both ends of this need at once and creating a marketplace for intelligence.
Anyone can profit from intelligence on this protocol, and people can buy and sell on-chain data and tags. Intelligence and information have become liquid, which will allow the work of on-chain detectives to be monetized on a large scale, "intel-to-earn".

What else can be done besides offering rewards?
For those users who do not want to participate in intelligence trading, they can also obtain some valuable information in the community.
In the intelligence market, any intelligence will be held exclusively by the buyer for 90 days, but will then be made public to all users. This allows buyers ample time to react to the purchased intelligence, but also allows sufficiently valuable intelligence to be spread to the community.
In this market, in addition to intelligence bounties, users can also trade various entity tags. Arkham provides a variety of data and analysis about real-world entities, including but not limited to the following:
1. The entity’s transaction history, which can be filtered and sorted by USD++++++++++++++++++++++++ value, token, counterparty and time.
2. The entity’s holdings can be broken down by token and chain.
3. The entity's balance history, including total balance history and profit and loss history.

This data and analysis can be viewed through Arkham’s Profiler feature, one of the core features of the Arkham platform, providing a comprehensive view of the activity of an entity or address.
The Arkham team also listed two specific use cases for users: when a security incident occurs, victims can pool resources to obtain and track intelligence on attackers; trading companies may want to buy out intelligence before their addresses are exposed to prevent competitors from discovering their addresses.
