Reward Distribution System for Exhibit A:
Each reward tier consists of a tiered reward pool. In addition, there is a separate additional bonus pool for Categories B and C respectively, as shown in the table below.
Eligible Participants may qualify for one of the three Reward Categories below based on their Total Eligible Subscription Amount, and receive a share of the Tiered Reward Pool and Additional Reward Pool (where applicable) once they meet the minimum number of Eligible Participants required to open the relevant Reward Pool.
For each Reward Tier, the top fifty eligible Users will be ranked by Total Eligible Subscription Amount to each qualify for a share of the corresponding Tiered Reward Pool in accordance with the Reward Scheme for each Tiered Reward Pool below.
