According to CoinDesk, Polygon Labs announced that it will promote Chief Legal Officer Marc Boiron to CEO, and current President Ryan Wyatt will resign at the end of July and serve as an advisor. Rebecca Rettig, who joined Polygon as Chief Policy Officer in February this year, will take over as Chief Legal Officer. Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal will serve as Executive Chairman.

Polygon Labs said the appointment marks its commitment to nurturing and expanding the global Polygon community of developers, builders, and users.
