According to TechFlow, the modular blockchain network Celestia testnet launched the Oolong upgrade, which is the latest upgrade version of Arabica Devnet and Mocha Testnet. Mocha's new network ID is now mocha-3, and Arabica's new network ID is now arabica-9.
In addition, this upgrade will also be a candidate version for the mainnet release. If all goes well, the mainnet may adopt the Oolong upgrade. The new features of this upgrade include increasing the amount of available space for blob data in the block, increasing the size of the Namespace ID from 8 bytes to 29 bytes, limiting the block size, and removing on-chain governance.
