According to a Mastercard study carried out in 2022, 51% of Latin American consumers have already carried out a transaction with crypto assets. In Latin America, the use of cryptocurrencies as a form of payment is most common for everyday purchases, led by clothing stores, supermarkets, restaurants and transport services, shows research from Binance.
